FAQ

Common Questions About Business Automation.

What exactly does Project Auto M automate?

We build workflows around repetitive business processes such as lead capture, follow-up, customer communication, scheduling, onboarding, reminders, reporting, CRM updates, data movement, and custom integrations.

Do I need a new CRM?

Not necessarily. HighLevel, HubSpot, spreadsheets, calendars, email platforms, and many other tools can be integrated depending on their available connections and APIs.

Do I need to buy n8n?

Not always. The implementation structure depends on the project. If a third-party service or automation platform creates an ongoing cost, that cost is disclosed during scoping.

Does every automation use AI?

No. AI is used only when it adds meaningful value. Rule-based automation is often cheaper, faster, and more predictable for straightforward tasks.

Can I start with just one workflow?

Yes. Individual automations are the primary entry point. Additional workflows can be added later and connected into larger systems.

How much does an automation cost?

Individual automations start at $300. Workflow bundles start at $1,000. More complex or custom systems are quoted after the workflow is scoped.

Who pays for third-party software or API usage?

Unless specifically included in a written agreement, third-party costs such as AI usage, messaging, CRM subscriptions, and other SaaS fees are paid by the client.

What happens after launch?

Projects include a 14-day stabilization period for defects within the agreed scope. Ongoing Workflow Care is available starting at $79 per month.
